No So ShabbyNot so Shabby started its existence in December 2009 and evolved from an idea my friend Noelene had. To provide the 'normal women' (as Noelene like to call the above average sized ladies) with an online store of their own to browse in for formal gowns, such as wedding gowns, bridesmaid, debutane and mother of the bride dresses. With this in mind, she began by purchasing wedding gowns in plus sizes to see what the quality, design and fabric was like. Also to see if the manufactures would custom make to specific measurements and get it right.
